Shipping Policies

Shipping rates will be calculated when you add items to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address.
Shipping averages around 8 dollars UPS Ground. And is calculated by weight and zip code.
We ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
We try to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours. Average shipping time is 1-2 business days from the shipment date on most products and sometimes up to 5 business days on larger products depending on the distance the order is being shipped. In some cases an alternate shipping method may be substituted for UPS shipping. For example, larger/heavier items may be shipped via freight shipping instead of UPS.
We will make every attempt to contact you in the event your product(s) are backordered or for any other known delay in shipping your order.
We ship Monday through Friday except on Holidays. Please note that all deliveries are made on business days (no deliveries on weekends or holidays).
Any in-stock items ordered on Friday after 1PM will ship on the following Monday.
Please note that any orders placed on a Friday before 1PM requesting Next Business Day Air shipping will not be delivered until the following Monday.
We provide FREE UPS Ground Shipping (less than 70 lbs) on orders that total $700 or more prior to shipping and tax. Items that are oversize or overweight are excluded from free UPS shipping. We also provide FREE Truck Freight shipping (70 lbs or more) on orders that total $1,200 or more prior to shipping and tax. Free shipping does NOT include expedited shipping (ie. air shipping, overnight, 2nd day, 3 day select, etc. FREE shipping does not apply to shipments outside of the continental United States. Example: we do NOT provide FREE shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.).
There is a $50.00 surcharge on any equipment items that require common freight line truck shipping (over 75 lbs. and non-UPS).
Before receiving any order, please check merchandise thoroughly for any damage or shortages. DO NOT SIGN for any damaged merchandise. By signing for any damaged merchandise, you are assuming all responsibility for the damaged goods. Please refuse the order and have the carrier send it back to the originating address. If there are any shortages, they must be reported to CustServ@JoeToolCompany.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the shipment.
All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, the actual shipping price will be added to the order once they are received from UPS. No handling fees will be added. You only pay what it actually cost to ship the items. UPS only ships Air to Hawaii and Alaska. UPS Ground is not available, must be 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.

Return Policy

At JoeToolCompany.com, our main priority is ensuring complete satisfaction of our customers tool orders. If something is wrong or you're not jumping with joy when you get your tool order from JoeToolCompany.com, we're going to make it easy on you...
Just return unused tools in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or equal exchange. New returns must be returned in their original box or packaging, and must not be shelf worn, deteriorated, torn or otherwise not saleable in its condition or appearance. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because of our error. You can email us at Return@JoeToolCompany.com for additional information.
All returns to JoeToolCompany.com must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You may request an RMA Number by sending an email to Return@JoeToolCompany.com
For prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise follow these steps:
Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our Return Department by email at Return@JoeToolCompany.com.

Reason for return
Write the RMA number clearly on all packages to be returned. If the number is not on your package it will be not be accepted.
In your package include a short explanation of why you are returning the item and a copy of the invoice so that we can properly credit your account. You will be credited for the return the same way you paid; either by crediting your credit card or PayPal account.
No credit will be issued for returns that have been altered or abused.
No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product.
Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or place a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you’re advised otherwise.
Make sure to inspect all freight-bound shipments prior to accepting the contents for any damage. Report damage directly to the delivery person, and let us know by email about the damage so that we may proceed in a timely fashion with required damage claims, and promptly get a replacement to you.
Diagnostic equipment and software-based applications are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Backorders
All orders will be shipped as complete as possible and any back orders will be shipped automatically with no extra expense. (we will not backorder without approval)
Warranties
We support all manufacturers' warranties on their products. Warranty claims are handle directly through the manufacturer. JoeToolCompany.com is not responsible for any manufacturer warranty claims or repair claims.
